My name is Jan Scheffer, but several artists on Spotify share that name. I have worked in logistics since 1976. For the past 20 years, I have been a consultant and project manager in healthcare logistics. I started with the LogiZ programme, hence the artist name. Logistics therefore appears in several of the songs.
Most of the songs are in Dutch, but this artist name also gives me a home for tracks that do not fit the style of the other artists. Personal songs such as *Herkomst en bestemming* alternate with logistics-themed music in *In logistics*, social commentary and songs about my train journeys. The range of my musical taste is clear in the contrast between the upbeat *Als de lente begint* and *Excess society*. The desire for more connection in society also returns in *Luister, luister*.
